チェックインの機会がフリーズしているのにカウンターから人が出てこない。キーが出るまで時間を要しました。アニメティの説明なし、お風呂のパスワードもくださいとこちらから要求！この状況は三名もカウンターにいてなんでしょうか。応対が悪すぎます。 数年前まではとても応対の良いホテルでお気に入りでした。久しぶりの宿泊でしたが、機械導入でこんなに変わるんものでしょうか？
