8/10 Very good

Clean, quiet hotel near Bryce Canyon National Park

Our room was clean and fairly new. The location is near Bryce Canyon NP, which made it easy to get to the park. The breakfast was good, but not extensive - bagels and cereal mostly.

Front desk service was fantastic. Room was fine for an overnight stay.

nice hotel stay

We had friendly greeting when we got there by the helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. They had a nice continental breakfast in the morning. the hotel might be a little older but our room was clean and we loved the chairs out on the deck as well. Price was much cheaper than staying at hotels in Bryce as well.

Stay near Bryce Canyon

Very small town but several good restaurants. Continental breakfast was good. Receptionist was a highlight. Very friendly, gave good advice on food.

Convenient and Comfortable

Our hotel was convenient and comfortable. There is a good restaurant and grocery store next door which made it easy to have dinner after a fun day hiking in Bryce Canyon. The A/C unit worked great and we were able to sleep really well.

4/10 Fair

Bathroom was too small and didn’t have a place / hook to hang your towel or clothes. Also kinda dark inside, didn’t have enough lights. The good about it it’s very close to Bryce Canyon

6/10 Good

Breakfast was stale and hygiene items were limited and low quality. Location was good for our needs and the time we stayed was out of season . So maybe the in season all is better with dining and hygiene items.

Decent stay at great location!

Location is great. It is extremely close to Bryce. There is a restaurant and grocery store nearby which are open till 9:00 pm and are really good! The place has amazing sweeping views of mountain. CONS: Breakfast was basic. The second day was missing fruits as well. The service desk doesn’t pick up the phone. I was running late on the day of checkin and there was no one to confirm the time or whether I could check in

6/10 Good

Property had a lack of maintenance. for example, holes in the hall walls. They are just reopening so may need some time to correct the maintenance problems. It was an affordable stay.

2/10 Poor

Room on third floor elevator not working had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs. Bed was standard double bed very small.

2/10 Poor

I booked this for one night and wish I did not. The hotel room was disgusting and we ended up sleeping for a few hours on top of towels we had packed and left. There were stains all over the carpeting, dirty sock under the bed, the bathroom door handle fell off opening the door. The toilet has a brown ring around the bowl and the tub was discolored. Overall, it was close to Bryce, but it was dirty and made us feel disgusting. I would not suggest staying here, even though it's cheap & close.

2/10 Poor

I booked a room at this hotel, but when I got there the same day, the front office was closed for check-in and no one was available by phone. So I had to book a room in another hotel for the same night. The worst thing is that Red Ledges refuses to refund my money.

Old and poorly maintained

Trash was left in the room. Bathroom was tiny with the toilet for children, it sat 18 inches from the floor. The shower head was at 5.5 feet, so tall people like my husband and I had to lean backwards to shower. The carpet was old and looked like it was never cleaned. Air conditioner made a loud racket. The laundry facilities across the parking lot had only one working dryer, all of the washers were broken. While the location was good for our 2 day stay, I would not recommend this hotel.
2-night trip

6/10 Good

Miscommunication about my paid in advance reservation and multiple kindly worded statements of how she would hate to charge me twice. I had the confirmation number from April 7th. I had driven roughly 2 hours in sleet and 3 inches of snow. Apathetic at best. Room lacked hygiene products and I had to clean my own bathroom. Desk clerk seemed bothered to bring basic soap products and said she would write a note for housekeeping about the situation for future issues. Long day made longer by a hotel that has seen better days in the 1990s.
