We booked this stay for our anniversary. We love Moonstone Beach and I was very surprised to get the great deal I did. When we checked in , we were upgraded without even asking. The room was simple but nice. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and had it ourselves both times both times we used it.

Absolutely AMAZING. Dave or David front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. The suite with jacuzzi was exactly as pictured BUT more bigger than I expected. The location was superb. No false advertising. and room location was clean and eco friendly. I WILL GO BACK AGAIN!

Cute room right across the road from the ocean. Friendly and accommodating staff during the day but at night after 6pm there’s no one at the front desk. You have to walk to a neighboring hotel if there’s anything you need. The shower head could use an upgrade and the room got kind of stuffy during the night. We did like how much parking was available in the parking lot. A+! Other than that we had a very nice stay. We’ll stay again in the future.

Rooms where ok. Pitty there is no laundry option and no A/C in the rooms. It was great that is was next to the ocean and easy parking. But the pictures are different online than what we got. And I just had to deal with it or pay 50 dollars for a room with partial ocean view or a balcony

Hotel was good. Rooms fireplace did not work. Tried for 30 minutes to get it to work. Changed out battery on remote and still no luck. Informed front counter staff as I checked out. They said they would inform maintenance. Would have preferred a discounted rate for the inconvenience.

Screen door needs to be replaced, we suggest an upgrade of the ceiling fan and plastic cups should be provided for the bathroom. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

Ive stayed here several times but i think this is my last time. The rooms were dirty. They need to be remodeled. Especially the bathroom. It had mold in the shower and several things were broken or didnt work. Then they wouldn't even let us check in until exactly at 4pm.
