Me quede dos dias ahi. nunca fueron a limpiar. les avise y me dijeron que despues de 7 dias lo hacen. asi que lean bien que segun esta en la pagina. me dijeron que yo sacara la basura al S1 y asi lo hice. batallamos en tenerles que pedir cafe, papel del baño. cuando les pregunte sobre una sugerencia para visitar un lugar, y los dos chavos de enfrente super sangrones y no sabian nada y yo senti como muy burlones. no nos llevaron tuallas ni se ofrecieron para nada. Yo no vuelvo a quedarme ahi.

Limpieza terrible

El hotel está muy bien ubicado. Es como un departamento. El único punto malo fue la limpieza, se ve que no limpiaron bien el suelo y muebles; la taza del baño estaba puerquísima. No había botellas de agua (a veces dejan en los hoteles). Las amenidades como el gym y la terraza estuvieron bien. No tuvimos problema con el parking.
Así estaba la taza cuando llegamos y el piso de todo el depa estaba sucio.

La propiedad esta muy bonita, instalaciones nuevas, sin embargo tienen un problema muy grande de señal, el area de negocios no hay señal ni wifi, el wifi de la habitación alcanza a llegar alli así que no hay manera de que sea funcional, la limpieza si la deseas tienes que pagar extra por día, en general la ubicación y el lugar son muy buenos y el servicio al cliente muy amable, sin embargo para negocios y comunicación esta muy mala la señal.

Que gran staff y lugar !!!!

Esta experiencia fue impresionante, la verdad no fue fácil llegar, pero una vez en la ubicación, la gente fue increíblemente amable, ese Alex es la onda. Las instalaciones están increíbles y cuando es un viaje de negocios de alto desgaste es maravilloso poder llegar y estar tranquilo como en casa. Muchísimas felicidades por este muy buen lugar el cual ahora espero visitar con toda mi familia en una visita a México

Excelente lugar, muy buena ubicación. Es nuevo, moderno y muy confortable. Cerca de muchos lugares y enfrente del metrobús, además de que está rodeada de restaurantes. Lo único es que no hay tele de cable ( eso lo haría aún mejor) y todo lo haces con tu tel.
