Don't do it!!!!!

The grounds are nothing like the pictures and the service is very bad. The toilet wouldnt stop running, the keys had to be reset daily...Looks like its been under construction for years...would not recommend and very disappointed that hotels.com has it on their site..smh

Staff attempted to charge an early check in fee even after showing we were checking in at the time shown on our reservation. Front desk needs to take a class in customer service. We did not stay!

Hope you get a renovated room and have good tires

Outside looked abandoned, apparently they were doing a renovation but looked like trash my parents gave up there deposit to stay somewhere else, I took a room it was ok for $50 a night but trash scraps and all kinda stuff all over the parking lot was like a monster truck arena it was wrecked. Definitely won’t stay there again even for the cheap rate

The property is under renovation but the rooms are still very nice. The bed was super comfy. It was VERY quiet! The construction workers didnt start being loud until around noon when everyone would be awake which we appreciated!

Disappointed

This place is falling apart. Parking lots was half dirt and the other half chunks of concrete. The front desk guy gave me a room that was already occupied. Went up to the room and the door was open. I looked in and someone was already there. It also looked filthy which was representative of the rest of the property. I was totally uncomfortable staying there so I went down the road and booked somewhere else. Front desk refused to give me a refund. I do not know why Hotels.com even lists this property. I have booked numerous time with you and this is by far the worst experience ever.

Omg..this place look like an abandoned building when you drive up and is boarded up in many areas. I felt unsafe. The management is very nasty. The room was clean, but no hot water. The room was suppose to be a non smoking room, but smelled like smoke. I asked to be moved to another room and the person at the desk was very rude and wouldn't move me. Please stay away. This place is a hole in the wall.

Building is under construction and shouldn’t even be open. The railing to the balcony has slats of wood (very image). The water in the sink was brown. Shower water was fine. Parking lot was full of litter. Felt like I was I. Witness protection in a trap house

Showed up and renovations were going on. Outside of hotel looked run down and trash in parking lot. Walked into room and had to ask for another room because it had not been cleaned. Walked into another room and started unpacking to see a huge roach and then another bug go across the floor. On up side the room was not bad . Had hot water and tv worked well. There is a reason the price isn’t bad. Actually thought the hotel was closed when we pulled up because it looked so run down. Would not stay here again personally. If you’re looking for a decent low price place to stay this is it. Big pool also.

The hotel The parking lot was destroyed. Everything was under renovation, so they should close the place when it looks like that. And it's too dangerous for people to be there. Brown water came out. They tried to say they just changed the filters, but 2 days later still Brown water. It made our skin itchy. We worked late and we came to the hotel. It was dark, it sucked.What are you gonna do

Sketch looking building!

Horrible. This place is being renovated so there are windows and ledges boarded up. There is loose concrete everywhere and the walls have chipped paint on the exterior. The water was coming out brown while I was there also. I waited a long time for the water to clear up, took a shower and then i was itching! It looks real super sketch especially when you gotta go around the side to park in the cut which is dark at night and the parking lot is tore up with potholes. Another issue is you get charged up front so if you plans change its hard to get a refund.

DO NOT Book this hotel.

It was HORRIBLE!!!!! I wish I could do zero stars. I booked 2 nights coming in town from Atlanta for the death of my Aunt. The first night the power went out from 9pm until 3am. Me, my husband and our young children had to stand outside of the hotel for hours. After being so hot and tired we went to stay with a family member. We could not get in the room once we left, I needed my medicine and my daughter breathing treatment. Guy at the front desk asked me if I had something sharp to open the door. The next morning I called the front desk to ask if the power was back on and how we would be compensated. She told me that she would refund me for the night I didn’t stay but I had to pay for the night that I didn’t stay because of no lights. Upon checking out the WHITE guest told us that they received a free night but the black people had to check out. Do not book this hotel. They are rascist. I wanted to slap her face at the front desk so bad
