Room was ok but kind a small and not the best appointed. It was ok to sleep for a night. Restaurant is amazing with great service and food is good.
Andreja, 1-night trip

Many rooms are ground floor rooms. The hotel looks and is a second rate casino. The hotel restaurant is good.
Jennifer, 1-night trip

Pet friendly hotel, Rooms clean and recently renovated. Parking is really difficult and hotel is divided up badly and ended up walking around long hallways to find my room.

Great hotel, some part are a bit maze like. The restaurant is very good and the pool/waterslide/hot tub area is clean. When we stayed, the slide was closed at around 4 and did not reopen, maybe aligning guard duty with end of day when people come back from their outings would be better. However a great overall experience
Steven, 2-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Internet access was simple for x3 people worked very well. Very comfortable pillows & bedding for both bed and pull out. Spacious, bright and extremely clean room & bathroom. Family of 3, would stay again!
Patricia, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great stop to/from QC south shore or Maritimes

Great swimming pool and hot tub and access to the spa at reduced rates. Parking was tight with some rooms having reserved spots and others not. Our room faced the swimming pool, but I wasn’t able to open the patio door so I’m not sure what the point of having it is and it was very dark they could improve on the lighting in the rooms other than that no complaints really.
Andrea, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Pool was quite nice but rooms and hotel areas need a facelift. Stairwells areas and hallways don’t smell too fresh. Rooms are quite basic.
Jean-Paul, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

The blanket and bedsheet are dirty with stains and the air conditioning is noisy. Other than those, the room is good size and location is close to highway.
Jiexian, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Staff were friendly, lots of amenities around the hotel, there are restaurant and bar options at the hotel itself (though a bit expensive), and the cleaners left some of their rags in our bathroom. I think it needs a bit of updating. Seemed a bit run down and the pool and water slide weren’t really as advertised on the site. It’s a small shallow pool with one little slide that actually wobbles when kids go down. That should definitely be looked at. It’s a solid last minute option but not sure we’d stay again by choice.
Julia, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

Ok stay but overpriced.

Have stayed at this hotel many times on an annual trip and have always been satisfied. The spa is great and restaurant always very good. However the price has been steadily going up year after year. My room was fine, bed was very comfortable which I always appreciate, however there was no fan in the bathroom so everything was steamed up after a shower, the bathtub didn’t drain, you had to hold the plug up, there were only decaffeinated coffee in my room but I was able to get a regular one off the cart outside. The room was hot when I arrived so I turned on the AC, it got to an acceptable temperature but never really got cool. This stay was definitely not worth the $345/night.
