Havuzlar güzel, termal güzel. Çocuk kaydıraklarında büyüklerin kayması önlenmeli. Otel yönetimi, çalışanlar üzerindeki denetim ve disiplini artırmalı.

Klima çalışmıyordu bilgi verdik gelip baktılar ama düzeltilmedi. Odada su yoktu kaç kez aradığımızda getirecek kimse yok diyerek geçiştirdiler sonunda zorla getirdiler. Çift kişilik odaydı güya ama iki yatağı birleştirmişler sürekli ayrıldı çok konforsuzdu.
