Cafe Milano service was terrible

Room was nice, clean, comfortable. Check in was great. The service in cafe Milano was terrible. Multiple employees chatting by the register. The waitress did good, once she arrived. After finally getting our bill, we waited at the register, and we must have been invisible. We finally left cash for our bill, and left the change. Will try a different restaurant next time.

Played slots for 2 hours, no cocktails. Finally after asking 2 very unfriendly and unhelpful floor staff, I went to the bar and paid for drinks. No fitted sheet, a blanket that was very thin and the water didn't get very hot in the shower.

Love the updated rooms. Complimentary water bottles were well appreciated. Beds were clean and comfortable. Dined at Pancho & Willie’s. Excellent food. Pricing was a bit on the high side but you can’t beat the service and the awesome margaritas! The mango margarita is out of this world good!!! Played craps, roulette, blackjack and slots. Had a ton of fun and it was so crowded but we loved the fun crowd. Made gambling fun even though we walked away without winning big. We will be back the next time we are travelling from Wyoming to California.

Every employee, especially those working casino and restaurants, had zero energy. Best described as zombie-esque. As a patron, you got the sense they could care less you were trying to support them. Spoke with 3 other gambling couples. All of us agreed on the term zombie-esque.

We know it is hard to find good help

Most employees were either on their iPhone or talking with other staff. Had a long wait for the restaurant staff to acknowledge us waiting, restaurant was empty(3:00 pm). Watched waitress give another patron my husbands food and they told her it was not what he ordered. She took it back to the kitchen, when she came out, she told us our meal will be out soon, 5 minutes later she brought out our food and his meal was cold. We did have dessert at the Mexican restaurant and the staff was friendly, attentive and service was excellent. Maybe the staff at that restaurant can observe and train the other restaurant.
