8/10 Very good

Staff was very nice and available. I was a bit disappointed in that the exercise room was not available and it was advertised. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

MSU Parent Weekend

The remodel of this hotel is very well done. I like the Montana feel and charm. The only complaint is the parking fee. Most people coming into Bozeman are going to need to park. It seemed a bit over the top.

Charmed by the Wandering Buffalo

My son and I stayed at Wandering Buffalo on a road trip and it was just delightful. It’s charming, clean, comfortable and the coffee delicious. The staff were engaging and helpful. It’s also conveniently located right at the edge of downtown with bicycles on offer to explore the area. Will definitely come back on our next trip through Bozeman.

Very nice check in staff, and a very cute property. Parking is $20 a night, but I am not from the area so this might be normal. The blackout shade they have in the rooms is no joke which is a perk. Downtown is within walking distance so plenty to do.

Absolutely Awesome!

We absolutely loved the Wandering Buffalo! The vibe was awesome! They have a really cool and welcoming dog named Phoenix who welcomed us and made us feel at home. I loved the motif and the staff was awesome to talk to! We will be back!

Just ok

It was ok just passing through, no breakfast unless you wanted a 4.00 donut and no ice in the ice machine.

Great NEW and stylish hotel

Highly recommend!!! Our flight got cancelled and we had to find a place last minute. What a pleasant surprise Wandering Buffalo was. I wish we had stayed here initially. Brand new and renovated. Like a mid century modern ranch style hotel with the cutest details. Husband had to work the following morning in the lobby and enjoyed the coffee and amenities. Comfortable beds and cool outside fire pit. Within a mile to everything downtown Bozeman.

8/10 Very good

We loved this new hotel so much for its charm and the free bikes we were able take into town .. there was an issue with our bedroom AC over-heating and turning off at night. My husband had to wake up and turn it back on. We also had a drain in the sink that was draining super slow and maybe needed an adjustment. Overall wonderful.. will stay here again! Nice fire pit, nice bikes, nice stafff ❤️

Clean, friendly and adequate for a place to sleep

Very friendly Recently opened and renovated (apparently after shuttered for 5 years) Good location Clean Now like a fancy Motel: No room phones- had to physically go to front for anything No ice in hotel No closet- hanger device in room No safe Small Cafe in lobby so charge for coffee and overpriced tiny donuts Even tho Small - no elevator and rooms below or above main floor- so difficult with bigger luggage ( although they offered to help) but therefore not accessible for disabled. Poor water pressure Poor lighting in room Less expensive then hereby chain hotel but should be The staff was very friendly but the overnight clerk was very slow Advertise Gym but not opened yet- room used for storage now
