Terrible

This has been the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The service we received from the woman who served us on the night of the 20th and 21st was the worst. I felt discriminated against, and she was literally very rude. I hope the hotel improves its customer service because it leaves a lot to be desired. I recommend another hotel. The facilities are averagely good, the staff is terrible, and worst of all, they charge you a 250 euro deposit that takes a long time to return.

We stayed for 7 days at the start of Oktoberfest, which means an extra 4 million people in the city and its chaos but this place was ready and did a great job. Our room was ready when we arrived, it was super clean and perfect little studio apartment for us two. It’s super close to everything, a block from the main train station where there’s easy access to transportation and there’s a million restaurants nearby. Also only a 5 minute walk to the fest grounds. Would definitely stay again. The staff was friendly and helpful and very hospitable.

Absolutely terrible property. Our room was used (dirty toilet with residue, used towels, unmade bed, trash from prior guests). Not to mention a stench in the floor we were on. So disappointing after a long travel day. They advertised a parking lot on the premise, but it was closed so we had to park away from the building in a public lot. The area is also away from the center of the city so would not recommend for tourists. We were able to leave this property and stay somewhere else instead due to the highly unlivable conditions, so I highly recommend staying anywhere else.

Good solid, clean hotel. For a longer than a couple days stay, it was nice to have the kitchenette and refrigerator. All amenities, etc were good. Only thing that could be better were the pillows. Studio room had enough space to work, sleep and share. Good size for a long stay in Munich. Would stay here again.

Staff seemed really disorganized. There was trash in our room in drawers and under the bed from prior guests. Shower gel container was completely empty, which I discovered when I was already in the shower and wet. To top it all off there were only 2 towels for a 4 person room, and when I called reception for some extra towels they made me come all the way down to the lobby to pick them up. Really amazing how bad this hotel was for $600.

Great aparthotel, clean and well equipped. (microwave, hotplates, kettle, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, TV). Very helpful staff, 5/10 minute walk to main railway station where you can get an S-Line train to and from the airport (40 mins approx).
