The hotel is basic but functional. Unfortunately one of our rooms had some mould issues on one wall and around the bath

Hotel and rooms all desperately need a refresh. All very basic. When booked paid for breakfast but not restaurant so had to buy food at neighbouring service station. Staff said this happens regularly. Shower tray almost flowed onto floor, since loose, sockets loose.
On the plus side bed was comfortable and room reasonably quite.

Room was clean and beds nice and comfortable.
Dissatisfied as we included breakfast. It wasn't available for us.
We were refunded.

short stop over on route to a family holiday, this room had a dirty carpet, tv which didn't work and a poorly maintained bathroom with mould, damaged door and a toilet roll holder falling off. The bedroom also had cold on the skirting board. The maintenance on the property and decoration is needing a complete rethink as tired to say the least.

Our room stank of smoke and the window didn’t close properly. There were kids running up and down the hall making noise until gone midnight

We stayed just the one night, but found the bed was too soft for us and the bathroom
Although was clean, it stank! The smell of the drains was awful even when the door was closed to the bathroom. It smelt damp which automatically made me feel it was dirty.

Great place to stay unfortunately room 40 could do with improvement in the sink & bath, bath overflow had water running out of it and the sink plug hole didn't look very nice either other than that it was ok

We were on a family trip. The rooms were not clean at all . The bathrooms looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned for quite awhile. There was rubbish down the side of the beds. There was a really dirty towel on top of unit and a pair of dirty socks by the side of the tv.

Staff on reception were helpful. Room was very basic and poorly maintained. Hadn’t been vacuumed fully, couldn’t access WiFi, tv didn’t work, curtains were partially falling off and the room had no towels. There was tea and coffee making facilities though. Lots of noise from motorway and from some guests who had dogs with them. Very poor sleep quality and all in all a negative experience. Wouldn’t recommend
