New hotel. Know what you are getting with the Hyatt brand and the staff were wonderful at check in. This is definitely my hotel of choice now in Whitehorse.

Recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were great, and overall it was a relaxing experience. The only downside was that our room was only restocked once during our five-night stay. We had to ask each day for coffee refills, which was a bit inconvenient. That said, whenever we asked, staff responded quickly and were always polite. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Just a small improvement with housekeeping would make it perfect!
