Boa localização, funcionários gentis. De uma forma geral, apesar da boa limpeza das instalações, o Hotel necessita de uma boa reforma, seu elevador funciona precariamente, o sistema de aquecimento da água é fraco e o wi-fi não funciona nos quartos, não tem tv a cabo. Outra coisa, mas essa acredito que tenha que resolver com a expédia: A entrada foi dita que seria debitado do meu cartão, no hotel me foi dito que seria cobrado o valor integral... paguei e agora vou ver se será cobrado em duplicidade. Já ia me esquecendo, o café da manhã, é muito...muito fraco!

O hotel possui quarto limpo, colchão desconfortavel, cobertores rasgados, café da manhã muito básico. Os extintores com prazo de validade vencido, o elevador apresentou defeito no dia da saída. O forro do corredor estava danificado aparecendo toda instalação do prédio.

O atendimento é perfeito, equipe simpática, educada, sempre disposta a te atender prontamente. Excelente!!!! O hotel é muito bem localizadom mas está precisnado de reparos importantes URGENTES, porta de banheiro que não fecha direito, colchão de molas antigo e muito mole, elevador faz um monte de barulho quando se movimenta, reparos improvisados por todo lado, louça despadronizada no café da manhã..... A piscina oferecida é a do clube ao lado, mas os hospedes só podem utilizá-la até as 17hs. Acho importante que isso fique bem claro no momento das reservas. O estacionamento é bom poderia ser um excelente hotel se houvesse um pouco mais de cuidado com os equipamentos do establecimento pois o mais difícil o hotel tem: Uma equipe muito boa!

O hotel tem um ótima localização, com fácil acesso e de frente com uma praia maravilhosa. O site apresenta em sua estrutura piscina e academia e quando chegamos lá percebemos que a academia é na verdade uma clínica de pilates com serviço terceirizado pelo hotel e que a piscina é a do CEPE (Clube dos Empregados da Petrobrás), que fica ao lado do hotel, mas essa informação não é muito clara, só tomamos conhecimento da disponibilidade daquela estrutura depois de ter passado o dia inteiro no hotel. Os funcionários são simpaticíssimos, muito agradáveis. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, podia ser um pouco melhor. O sabonete disponibilizado no quarto não é bom e o chuveiro demora a esquentar.

O Hotel está passando por reformas, os quartos e elevadores estão necessitando de manutenção.Por enquanto só alguns quartos estão prontos.Os funcionários são atenciosos e tem um bom café da manhã
