Staff helpful and pleasant. Room was clean but very dated and tired looking. I'm suspecting it is being updated as linen and towels were all very new looking as was kettle and cups. We had everything we needed for 1 night stay.

Rooms are small and bathrooms are smaller but if you just need somewhere to put your head down for the night, this will do quite nicely. I used it twice this summer when going to concerts and it did the job perfectly.

The room was absolutely not as advertised on Hotels.com, much smaller, much less well appointed. Photos were lies. No sockets near the bed, which was quite an achievement in such a miniscule space. Old tired decor, old tired mattress. Bathroom main light didn't work, felt bad having to wake the night staff to get buzzed in as there is no unaided access even with a key. Tiny room, old paint, old mattress, guilt, everything smelling of strange cleaning products: much more like visiting grandparents than staying in a hotel that cost money.
