Very Poor Management,
I had booked a room at this hotel well in advance, expecting a smooth and hassle-free check-in. Unfortunately, upon arrival, I was informed that no rooms were available due to overbooking. This was incredibly disappointing and inconvenient, especially after a long journey.
Last-minute denials reflect poorly on the management’s planning and customer service.
the hotel should improve in its reservation management system to avoid such incidents.
