It was great! Great location, amazing service and staff, and good cafe to boot! Walking distance to the beach, grocery stores and if you’re willing, South Beach. The bathroom is a bit small but FOUND is a great bang for your buck hotel.

Quick get away.

Overall room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel did have a dingy smell to it, maybe a dehumidifier would help. Parking= horrible, only 4 by the street in front, we valet in the hotel directly behind (AC Hotel) and walked around every time. The restroom had some dirt texture maybe from renovations? Minor things, but worked for us to sleep and change in. Bar downstairs was really good and they have happy hour drinks. Walk to the beach was really easy. Bar staff was good.

The hotel is cute and SO WELL located. We walked everywhere. It was absolutely amazing. It was very quiet. It was pretty clean. People were nice and accommodating. We left our luggage at the front for a few hours before our flight.

Only stayed for one night but it was great. Small bathroom but it was alone so no problem there. Bed was comfortable but the duvet was very lumpy. Size of the bed was great! Air con was strong, friendly staff. My suitcase broke and they took it to be trashed no problem. Stayed in a few Miami hotels now, this one was great!

Not really satisfied

When we arrived, we noticed that not all the beds had towels on them. When we went into the bathroom and saw the sink, we were shocked; you can’t even wash your face without flooding the place. To make things worse, the shower door wouldn’t open properly, so we ended up soaking the bathroom even more. The room wasn’t very clean, especially in the corners of the bed pods, even though the beds themselves were fairly comfortable. Honestly, I think we paid way too much for a room like this. That said, the staff was extremely kind. I’d give them 10 stars just for how friendly they were. But for the room itself… it’s a no from me.

My experience at found hotel

Didn’t feel comfortable because the place had no parking, I had to pay for park my car at the hotel next to it. The valet over there were not professional and felt not safe every time I go. The hotel charge me extra money for their services and that I didn’t experience or use. And they don’t have hot water to shower. Also , they charge for a deposit of $100 and I haven’t received it back yet. Very unhappy with my experience over there . Definitely not recommended
