The front desk staff were polite and very helpful. So was the person at the breakfast bar. My main issue is the condition of the rooms. There were unfinished walls, scratches, and even a gap between the bed and wall. Its def time for an upgrade/renovation.

The location is close to a lot of shops , restaurant, Apolo theater and columbia university, i stayed at the Aloft before this time the cleanness of the room was ok , garbage left in the can , fridge need more attention, dust was on the wall on top of tv .
