This is a good hotel, cool design, clean and good amenities and atmosphere. However, the airport shuttle service is not to standard. It's not available for a few hours in the afternoon and chaotic when it's available. I hope that this could improve because it's not up to standard you'd expect from ananairport hotel.

Lovely, excellent service

I chose this place because it was close to the airport, had breakfast and a free shuttle. I got so much more! The style was whimsical, the staf was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious - I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was next level. My room was comfy and cute, and the patio was so spacious I wish I had someone to share it with! Next time I’m in Madrid, I’m staying here again!

I was pleased with the hotel in general. Vibrant atmosphere and pleasant staff. The shower did not drain well and the door did not close completely, other than that I was happy with my stay. Marlon, the shuttle driver was very nice and helped me put my luggage in the trunk.

Great service. I was checking previous reviews and was hesitant on this but they did deliver. I was able to get shuttle to and from the airport which is a big plus. Breakfast is great and hotel restaurant offers a delicious selection of food. Big thumbs up from the team. Thank you.

There was no hot water in our room. We tried calling reception multiple times, even went downstairs to report the issue, and nothing was done about it. Plus the person from the reception was rude to me on the phone. We spent one night there and had to check out without taking a shower. Upon arriving at 11:00 p.m. there was also a huge queue for check in, and check in was super slow. Other than that, the room was clean, the bed was nice, and the shuttle was reliable. So no complaints about those.
