Great new hotel - super clean and with lovely design and funky decor. Staff was really friendly and it was great to be able to have food 24/7 after arriving there very late. The pool is a plus! The only issue was with the shuttle - as it doesn't run as often and stops before midnight.

No airport shuttle when we arrived mid day, 25 euro taxi to hotel. Room was small but clean and comfortable. No usb ports in the room. That would be a nice convenience. Restaurant had a good burger. There are other restaurants with in walking distance as well as a grocery. Bus station near. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Great walking path and park near by. Shuttle to airport is busy in the morning, but convenient. Would stay again.

Hotel had opened recently. Check-in was chaotic but new staff were pleasant and doing the best they could. Only one towel in bathroom so I had to go back downstairs & wait in line before I could get another one so we could both take showers. Airport shuttle left on time and was relatively easy. Room was clean. Besides the lobby/bar area, we were not bothered by any noises in our room.

We didn’t get in till about midnight. The rooms were nice and new. We decided to have a buffet breakfast at €11 each and it was horrible. Then we were gonna take the free shuttle to the airport. When the shuttle filled up, they told us no more room and we had to pay for a taxi. I picked the hotel next to the airport for the specific reason to get a free shutter ride. And they were very rude about it and it took a while to check in. It was just not overall good visit.

I later found out that due to holiday the earliest shuttle was 830pm. My flight arrived at 3pm. Needless to say I was not happy about that

Not possible to book your return shuttle and the bus is on the small side. Breakfast good and fine evening meals. Nothing works at this hotel. Shuttle van from airport did not come to pick us up even after three phone calls to the hotel. Reaching the hotel by phone was extremely difficult. I was on hold for over ten minutes twice. The room key did not work so every time we wanted to enter we had to be escorted by a hotel staff person. Staff was inexperienced and very slow. They have limited knowledge of English. This is a hotel to be avoided.

I booked this hotel for the shuttle to the airport. Unfortunately yes they have a shuttle, but it only picks up on weekends & holidays at 20:00, 21:00, and 22:00. Not convenient for a hotel near the airport. I arrived at 10:30am so I would have to wait 10 hours for a shuttle. Or pay €22 for a taxi. If you are booking for the shuttle, look elsewhere! This was hugely disappointing! Most other hotels had shuttles every 15-30mins. Even on week days there are 1.5 hrs in between shuttle runs. My room's floor also needed a sweeping it was very dirty.

I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised having a pool — only to find out after arrival that it was closed. There was no notice during booking, no signage on-site, and not even an apology when I asked. I only discovered it myself when I found the pool door locked and the handle removed. While I’m fully aware Ibis is a budget chain, the room was missing even the most basic essentials — no bin, no water, no cups. These aren’t luxuries; they’re the bare minimum I expect in any hotel. I even asked to upgrade and was happy to pay more, but was told nothing was available. As someone who travels frequently (30+ hotel stays a year), this experience fell well below acceptable standards. Even Accor’s own guest policy states that facility availability should be made clear — but I was denied that transparency. Unfortunately, this was my first time with Ibis, and likely my last.

I was here for a night the room had everything needed for a good night’s sleep. The service is what is terrible. When I was checking in I was in line for about 45 minutes. They only have one laptop computer to check people in and the receptionists are the the worst. Besides being the slowest ever they knew nothing about the property. He didn’t know if there was room service or if the airport shuttle was available. I cant remember the name but it was a guy with glasses the one that helped me. I don’t know if there’s something mentally with this person or he is just slow. There was a couples of guests before me and I could hear that they were also upset about him being very slow. He should Be replaced ASAP. The food is the most horrible thing ever as well. Eat at a different place if you can. If not be ready to deal with the rude waiter that will probably make you upset. Nice hotel terrible service all around. The only nice ones are the ladies that help clean the rooms.

After several attempts to contact unsuccessfully the hotel to get the shuttle schedule I finally got through on the phone. The shuttle service offered is extremely limited which they FAIL to mention on their services. Uber cost 16.80 euro 1 way. Although it is a new hotel and one would expect it to be clean, it was, there was only one, 1 ! towel in the room for 2 persons. The last shuttle in the morning is 9:45, check out is at noon, so how does that work? And if you have an early flight, forget it. Or a late flight. Could not get on internet. One needs to go downstairs and scan a bar code - was in my pyjamas already. Called reception, no answer. The reason is the management in their wisdom have one person answering phones, doing check-in and serving coffee and drinks. LOVELY reception that are dealing with a multi task situation that is not sustainable. So if you think you are saving money think again.. add Uber, no coffee in room and I suspect more issues on the way.

Nos dieron una habitación en el piso 5 totalmente nueva con un olor muy fuerte a pintura y pegamento. Inmediatamente tuvimos una reaccion alergica, ardor de los ojos, dolor de garganta. Pedimos otra habitación y nos mudaron al piso 7. La habitación estaba bastante mejor pero tenía todavia un olor quimico, pero más leve. La explicación fue que el hotel estaba recien inaugurado. Ahora bien, creo que antes de ofrecerlas habitaciones deberian estar bien ventiladas y libre de gases. Mi esos hasta el día de hoy, ya casi una semana , todavía esta afectada por la reacción alergica.

Deberia ser un Ibis Budget, no un styles. No tiene frigobar, ni caja de seguridad. El restaurante es muy limitado. La piscina no tiene sombrillas. El servicio de transporte es solo hacia el aeropuerto, no desde. Y con una Van de pocos asientos que en las horas pico se llena enseguida.
