Positives:
1. The room and the entire facility were very clean and comfortable.
2. The room looked exactly as pictured and was very spacious.
3. The beds were comfortable and clean.
4. Very fast in-room wi-fi with reliable connection at all times.
5. The front desk and door staff were very friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
1. We were told after checking-in that breakfast will not be included as advertised because the room had a kitchenet. They said it was an error on the site that breakfast was listed as included on the specific room booked.
2. The TV did not work the entire time. We complained multiple times and were told it was due to the weather (even on clear days). We were asked why we didn't notify management when we said it never worked at check-out, even though we notified the manager on the day we checked in.
3. The hotel's party/event room was directly above the room we booked, and it was extremely loud on days there were events. We were told about this after we checked-in and told it would be okay since the events will end by 10pm.
Overall, the hotel and people were nice, but I would have gone somewhere else if it wasn't non-refundable and already paid for. I ended up spending 50% of the time elsewhere so I didn't want to make a fuss, but was very much annoyed by all the last-minute restrictions and notifications.
