1 minute away from train station. Surrounded by resturants, 7/11, convenient spots. 20 minute walk to Asukura, and Tokyo History museum. Many temples around. .

It was a nice place to be, very close to the metro station, always clean and easy to go to touristic places in Tokyo, for me was nice that anytime during the day was quiet not like the most visited places of the city, can recommend:)

Convenient and budget friendly

If all you need is a place to sleep, close to Ueno Station, this location is a very good deal for the price.

Easy access to Tokyo

First time in Tokyo for me. Close to the tube, so easy to get around. Super service by the reception. Small room, big bed. Toilet and shower in the hallway, shared with other guests.

We had a good four-day stay. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom, showers very clean. Two twin beds room was exactly that - two beds wall to wall. But it was all we needed for rest.

Have stayed here twice now and both times it was a very pleasant experience. This time I had a room on the front of the building with a huge window overlooking the street - fabulous. The staff on the desk when checking in were very helpful. It is a 4 min walk to a JR Line and a 15-20 min walk into the beating heart of Asakusa. I would stay here again if back in Tokyo.

Clean and neat hotel.

One- minute walk from Iriya subway exit no.4. The room is small and unable to open the luggages. The bathroomsand shower rooms are outside . The staff are friendly and glad to help. The last check-in time is 20:00.

I had two luggages . One person room has enough space for me to open two of them. Rooms are very new and clean, only 1-2 mins walk from subway exit. Highly recommend this hotel.

10/10 Exceptional

Got in very late so reception closed but they left a note on the door for late arrivals and it was very easy to follow their instructions and get into my room. Room was very cozy and the bed incredibly comfortable. The whole building was spotlessly clean and the facilities, sitting room, kitchen, laundry area fabulous. It was a short taxi ride from Ueno station and easy to find as on a Main Street up from the station. Around the corner 1 min walk is a conveniences store open 24 hours. It was easy walking to all the main local sites and the river. And a quick taxi ride back if tired.

5 minute walk from subway line. This place focuses on shared space amongst other guests. You only get a room to yourself (bed/mini fridge/coat hooks/floor space for luggages). Staff were friendly but be mindful about their availability. Being this was a last minute booking, we chose this location based on budget and minimizing commute time to catch early morning Keisei Skyliner train ride to Narita. Overall, very satisfied with service.
Jason, 3-night trip

Clean and nice smelling room and hotel, everytbing felt new. Down side to the shared washroom aspect with other hotel stayers is cleanliness. I unfortunately had neighbours that weren't so considerate with keeping the shared space clean. There were stool smears left behind in bidets, sink counter tops full of water, and the shared bathroom sink (small, meant for washing hands only) having water all over the floor because someone decided to do their morning routine there instead of the designated sinks. The staff cleans it every day but it would definitely help if guest could keep the place clean after use as well but thats out of the hotel's control. I had problems with mainly the other guests not being considerate but other than that the property was kept in clean condition. There are designated trash with signage making it easier for us to decifer how to discard our trash. Please note noise level is very bad. You can hear someone walking down the hallway, other neighbors using the shared sinks, and even when others are using their hair dryers in their rooms. If you're sensitive to sound, please keep this in mind. I'm typically a heavy sleeper but even I was woken up once early in the morning from another guest making noise in the hallway. Bed is firm type of bed. For me it was extremely comfortable. Also as a solo travelor this bed was super spacious, about a double size bed. The check-in and check-out process was easy and seamless.

Comfort, cleanliness, and service

The bed was very comfortable. The quality of the comforter was excellent. I like to sleep in a cool room and the comforter kept me a comfortable temperature. The room faces the sun in the morning and can get warm, but the ductless system quickly cooled the room. The sheets and pillow cases are of excellent quality. All the common areas were clean. The service was excellent. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Most of them did understand English and a few also spoke English as well. There is a shared bathroom and a separate shared shower for men on each floor. There at 3 separate woman’s showers and multiple bathrooms for women on each floor.

Overall good for what it is

Relatively very clean. Good location. Close to metro. There is a limited time frame for check-in and out. That was a little inconvenient for us but it was not a big problem. They gave us only one key to our room. When my partner stepped out for smoking, I got locked out of the room. It would be great if they can provide two keys. Sinks where we wash the face or brush the teeth are very low and it seems like everything from the mouth after gargling goes on top of the faucet and I did not find it very hygienic. Staff were nice and helpful.

Amazing place and staff!

What an amazing spot! Location: Very close (<5min) to subway, elevators on the iriya subway to help with traveller suitcases. Also prime location to Kappabashi (~10-15min) with multiple yummy bakeries and coffee shops nearby. Also 20ish min walk btw Ueno and Akihabara after that. Lota of great coffee and tea stores. Might avoid Sensoji food stalls (like to eat on the go) a lot of them overrated. Front desk: Staff spoke some English but very hospitable. They allow you to leave luggage for the day until 8pm which is when reception closes. Offer free wifi, cleaning ($), and water. Room space is a bit tight but I was able to open suitcases in a twin room at least. Moving around them was hard. Everything was pretty clean all in all, although beware the white Cons: the rooms are soundproof but the doors sure aren't. They have a note to be quiet at night but there are a few people who think they aren't that noisy. You can hear the opening and closing of the doors and elevator announcements. People talking also get through the door. Air con wind gust can get pretty cold and uncomfortable. Also light peaks through the window quite a bit so it feels hard to sleep in.
