Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. Clean rooms. Daily breakfast, with something for everyone. Needed a place to stay with the family, Hotel City Express did not disappoint. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when in town.

This is an amazing hotel. Very good location. I love that there was a gate on the side of the stores even though the front was open. They have someone day and night watching. The rooms were nice too. My only complains would be the beds the lack of smaller hand towels and the shampoo for one person instead of 2! I think the worst part was the mattress. It was sooo hard we had trouble sleeping and would wake up so sore. Other than that I really liked the hotel. The lady that originally was going to check us in was not having a good day(I want to say she never had a good day, she looked like she didn’t want to be there all the time we saw her) , thankfully a guy took over finishing our check in and he even let us into the room around 30 mins before which it’s really appreciated after a long drive! Wish I remembered his name, he was super helpful. Another thing I liked about this hotel was the check out! They give you till 1pm to check out which we didn’t end up needing this time but definitely helps for next time. I would maybe try it one more time but if the mattresses continue being that hard we’re going to have to pass. Like I said other than that the hotel was amazing.

The facilities were wonderful, we just didn't realize how far it was from the city of Tijuana, and it is in the middle of an industrial zone, so the views are not really pretty.

By far one of the best city express hotels I've stayed at. However since they're still working in the building (since it is brand new) they didnt let me sleep after 7am when they started hammering and drilling. But the hotel itself is great all together. The all new smell is always great.

Los cuartos estaban no muy sucios pero si da cosa que encuentres pelos en los baños, y sucio el piso del cuarto, y en la comida me salio un hilo largo como de costal algo asi, le di mi plato a la señora y se lo llevo, y pidio disculpas, lo otro malo, es que uno se iva a servir y ocupabamos tenedores, servilletas o cucharas y la señora se puso a limpiar y a rellenar alli y nomas no se movia, cuando no era yo la unica esperando q se moviera otros ocupaban azucar y un señor alto, tuvo q pasar su mano sobre de ella, 😡 yo se que tienen que limpiar y rellenar pero de perdis moverse o esperar a que se acabae el tiempo del desayuno, xq si habi cosas, peeo ella como que queria adelantar xq asi se fue area por area, cuando aun no daban las 11
Una pasadita con cloro aunque sea debajo de la mesita y alrededor de las camas porfis.
Asi de sucio y nosotros pisando descalzos en la noche anterior.
Esto fue en las orillas del baño, sin contar que no nos pusieron toallas chicas, ni medianas.
