The only issue is that you could hear everything through the walls and people has not respect.

Worst experience ever, it was below freezing and no heat, calling multiple times and they only said maintenance is on the way for 2 hrs, then they said working on it, then they say not able to fix it so I had to deal with it, then I asked for a partial refund as not all services purchased were given, answer is sorry but no. Parking is very far from the rooms, you have to walk a good deal, if you have many baggage, it will be a challenge to get to your room.

Mi estancia estuvo bien, solo que me toco en el area del hotel donde las habitaciones comparten el clima de todo en edificio y no lo puedes ajustar a tus necesidades, era demasiado frio....y con respecto al agua nunca salio caliente solo estaba tibia, creo que esos son los 2 puntos que deben mekorar....
