Always a pleasure to stay at a CitizenM property. The staff makes me feel like an old friend they haven’t seen in a while. And the beds are too comfy. I almost don’t want to leave.

CitizenM is very consistent, decent room, Wifi, AC, shower pressure, but their breakfast is lacking a bit. Obviously everyone books this particular location because of the proximity to the airport so the hotel is as good as you need for it's location.

Unscheduled Amsterdam layover

An unscheduled layover in Amsterdam meant we were caught without luggage. Room was compact but clean, quiet and comfortable. Only downside was the music in the reception areas in the evening which made it hard to relax.

Great people working in this hotel. Marianna and Carlos were great toward my partner who is differently abled. They helped her with luggage explained room features and even gave her some tea to relieve her anxiety. Great people great service

Fun, chic hotel with a fabulous walking distance to the airport or train station. Rooms are smart (all powered by an ipad) shower is big, bed is super comfy. Perfect for 1-2 nights. Just dont have big suitcases for 2 people. Room is small and makes it a bit challenging otherwise.

Ok but too expensilow budget hotel near airport.

I needed a place to sleep as I landed in the evening and was leaving early the next day. The hotel is within walking distance of the terminal. A bit too expensive for a budget hotel. They take advantage of the fact that it is located by the airport. Ok price is around € 80-120 per night including tax/ tourist tax. Tourist tax is € 10 + btw.
