A experiência foi péssima. Quartos em na condições , recepção péssima , não gostam de ajudar ou amenizar a situação. A única que me ajudou foram duas recepcionistas que revezava com dois rapazes (mal educados ). As meninas da limpeza e do café super educados e gentil. Cama do quarto 216 péssima um buraco horrível .

Pessima colchão ruim , cafe basico do basico um continental ganhava, infelizmente nao foi uma boa estadia , era pra comemorar o dia do aniversario e foi um caos por nao ter conforto pra dormi, uma ducha quente pra relaxar e o cafe piorou ainda, infelizmente so vale o fato que na orla mas odiei a estadia

Minha estadias foram boas ,os recepcionistas muitos atenciosos ,pessoal da limpeza ,cozinha .A estrutura que está em reforma .Mas hotel bem localizado,pertinho de tudo ,feira do turista,Cariri,Mec,mercadinho etc.. de frente pra o mar . Gostei muito!

O hotel é bom, atendimento bom, localização muito boa. Dois pontos que não favoreceram: O ar condicionado do quarto 204, é desproporcional (pequeno) para o tamanho do quarto. E a porta da sacada não veda, entra o ar quente do motor que fica do lado de fora. O horário do check in às 15h eu achei tarde, e check-up 11h achei cedo.
