Great on pictures but didn’t live up to it in reality. Bathroom, sink and shower were smelly. The toilet seat was broken. We also had a bad experience due to a lost item and the hotel was not helpful. When we drove back to find the item The kitchen staff were lovely though.

Tudo muito bem cuidado, quartos confortáveis e impecavelmente limpos, nos receberam com muito carinho e nos fizeram sentir em casa. O café da manhã com produtos locais foi maravilhoso! Não vemos a hora de voltar — super recomendado para quem busca relaxamento e beleza em Monopoli.”
