The room was very clean and everything was updated. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. My complaints are the loud banging of the other doors all night (is there no way to muffle them?) and they need carpet runners down the halls. The floors are beautiful and I wouldn’t want them fully covered but at least get some carpet runners to muffle carts, high heels, and heavy footed walkers. We were there during a wedding and there was so much noise all night. We didn’t get a good night’s sleep.

The room was nice and clean and the restoration to the historic property was very well done. The room did not have a refrigerator microwave or any chairs to sit on. Over all it is a nice place to stay.

Love the aesthetics of the hotel and the history. The furnishings are simple, but clean and useful. Website boasted a continental breakfast, but was disappointed with only whole oranges and two muffins available. (There weren’t many guests at the time, so assuming that’s why there wasn’t much food provided). Overall, it was a pleasant stay and better than a chain hotel.

Really cool Historic Hotel! We wished it was haunted, lol. Waiting to see ghost hunters around there. Seriously, the hotel was pristine. So clean! Really quirky . The staff were very friendly and nice. Would definitely stay away.
