Copacabana beach is just 300 away and around are many shops. The hotel itself is very outdated. Rooms looks like a 80s swimming pool (including the glare lights). Breakfast uninspired. Friendly staff at reception.

Stayed 4 nights to watch Carnival. Location is good (only good thing for the stay). Hotel conditions are terrible. Labeled as 3 star hotel, but don't think it is better than any 1 or 2 star motels (in terms of US or Europe standard). Bath towels are dirt, suppose to be white but what we see is dirt yellow colors, looks like 20 years old towels even ripped off. Some staff are helpful, some not. I will not come back again.

The only complaint I have about this hotel is they served the same breakfast every day!! I also had a disagreement with the front desk about visitors. It wasn’t explained thoroughly to me other than that the hotel serve purpose for me.

Excellent location 2 blocks feom copacabana. Now my favorite beach anywhere. RDJ isn't a perfect city but as long as you dont stray into where you shouldnt.go and do it is reasonably safe. The beaches were amazing and Hotel Canada was a great deal for the price. Not 5 star but it didnt lack any basic needs and cleanliness was aceptable. It was a great deal for the price. Shopping, dining beach all walking distance

Hotel caro, totalmente desconfortável! Pagamos caro para ficar em um hotel porque achamos que seria mais confortável, mas nos deparamos com um quarto escuro que parecia uma caverna, “cama de casal” era simplesmente duas camas de solteiro juntas, ar-condicionado dos anos 90 fazendo barulho mais que tudo, sendo impossível deixar ligado pra dormir, sem falar que ele não tinha controle para regular e tinha que ficar ligando e desligando na própria tomada. Inclusive essa tomada estava em uma situação com risco grande de tomar choque ao fazer esse manuseio. Lençóis com aspecto de sujos, travesseiros ruins, banheiro velho com aspecto de sujo, limpeza da faxineira era ruim e ela sempre dizia que não tinha alguns itens para repor tipo pano para o chão, toalhas de rosto. Por fim, o café da manhã. Acho que foi o pior de tudo, pois tinha poucas opções, faltavam itens tipo talheres, xícaras e quando tentava falar com mulher responsável ela era extremamente grossa. Ah! Ainda sobre o banheiro, um dos dias na estadia faltou água quente e o tempo estava meio frio e tivemos que tomar banho extremamente gelado porque iríamos sair e não podíamos esperar mais voltar água quente (detalhe que a falta da água quente durou mais ou menos umas 12 horas). Você deve estar se perguntando, “se estava tão ruim porque não pediu reembolso e foi pra outro lugar?”. Bom, primeiro que fazer isso não é tão simples, segundo que era um período com mais eventos na cidade e tudo estava cheio e alugado. Não caia nessa!

Boa tarde! Considero minha estadia boa. Pontos positivos: Funcionários super educados. Localização ótima. Preço ótimo. Café da manhã bom. Pontos negativos: Cama ruim. Ar condicionado péssimo, muito antigo e barulhento. Limpeza razoável, corredores e quarto sempre ficavam com sujeiras no chão mesmo após a limpeza. Local do café muito pequeno para quantidade de hóspedes, ficava muito cheio ou não tinha lugar para sentar. Quarto com cheiro forte. Voltaria a me hospedar no hotel, pois os pontos positivos foram mais importantes para mim.

De pontos positivos destaco a excelente localização, os quartos são espaçosos, chuveiro possui água quente. O hotel é bem antigo, entretanto não considerei isso um problema, a rede que administra poderia fazer melhoras no serviço, os cômodos do hall estão desgastados, as toalhas estão muito desgastadas e encardidas, a cama é bem antiga, o ar condicionado gelava bem mas era velho e fazia muito barulho, a empresa poderia investir mais nos itens básicos para melhorar a qualidade da estadia. Acredito que compensa caso o preço esteja bem abaixo dos outros hotéis da região, dava pra ser melhor não pela parte estrutural e sim pela administração em trocar os itens básicos dos quartos

Dormi apenas uma noite, cheiro insuportável de ambiente MOFADO, toalhas e lençóis sujos, banheiro com visível falta de higiene. Não aguentamos (minha família e eu). À noite solicitei lençóis e toalha, a informação que obtive era que não havia disponibilidade. Ao amanhecer, fui imediatamente à recepção, onde fui muito bem atendido. Esclareci a razão da minha saída antecipada. Solicitei o cancelamento e fui para outro hotel. Acrescento que, a avaliação como hotel QUATRO estrelas, está muito aquém, em comparação com outros hotéis que conheço.

Péssima experiência! Os quartos têm um cheiro forte de mofo, o que torna impossível relaxar. O banheiro estava com a tampa do vaso sanitário quebrada, um descuido inaceitável. As camas são desconfortáveis, com colchões afundados e de péssima qualidade. A TV é ultrapassada, não tem acesso a Netflix ou qualquer serviço de streaming, o que hoje em dia é o mínimo esperado. O café da manhã é fraco, com pouquíssimas opções e nada apetitoso. Honestamente, não recomendo este lugar a ninguém foi uma decepção do começo ao fim.
