We actually got there later in the evening, but the service was still amazing.

Really happy we stumbled across this hotel on this app! Hotel and grounds were beautiful! Staff is very friendly. The food at the restaurant is delicious! Family went swimming. Wish we stayed longer just passing through! Would definitely stay here again! Pet friendly as well

Spent the weekend in this beautiful place during the soft opening. Cannot wait to see it reach it's potential!

We loved the facility but they failed us in a few areas. We were 3 sisters traveling together and in one room, so we asked for an additional robe for the pool area, which we never received.

They are just reopened, and staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the bar, and our Tri Tip salads were tasty and huge! Very happy an old family favorite destination has reopened!

Nice room, but advertised amenities that were not available like a cafe and happy hour in bar Had to leave hotel to look for breakfast which was suppose to be available onsite. Seemed disorganized and not completely up and running. Outside pool was dirty. Indoor pool and spa very nice.

Needs a bit more time to ge organized. Has a lot of potential. Missed the mark in all departments.

The hotel just reopened and they are definitely working out some kinks, but it is a beautiful place and has a lot of potential. Sure would be nice to have robes in the rooms. If the front desk could schedule spa appointments, and soaking reservations that would be a plus. The restaurant, bar and the espresso counter were great!

Horrible experience, not treated fairly was made to wait 4 hrs before we can check in our room after 4pm check out time stated on company website.

2/10

The hotel did not notify us that the only outdoor hot springs was closed. The restaurant was closed during hours the website said it would be open. The front desk associate was unsure if our room was ready though it was 3 hours after check in. Adults only hours were not enforced in the pool facilities. The hot tub was literally cold and appeared to be very unclean. Our hotel room didn’t have hot water and it took nearly an hour for them to find a new room. Rooms in placed appeared to be unfinished. And a number of rooms I passed by had the doors partially ajar. Which felt unsafe. The hotel has been reopened since February but is very clearly not ready for service.

The property has only been open a few weeks. I understand they're working out the kinks. We will give it another try when they've been open longer and all of the amenities are available.

The property sits back in a quiet, secluded beautiful area. The facility is going to be very nice once renovations are completed. They just recently opened and renovations on some areas are still in process. The pool area was very nice. My wife got a lot of use out of the hot tub. There is a trailhead on the grounds that leads to several trails of varying length and difficulty. We went on one that ended with a fabulous view of the Gorge. We had a lovely stay and the staff were very friendly and eager to help.
2-night trip

10/10

It is messy back to the way I remember it after having been closed down. The only thing that was not great was the fish and chips and the “coleslaw” was not properly dressed. Other food was excellent. Staff was excellent and a massage by Jason was top notch. He made me feel comfortable right off the bat and was the best. They are obviously still working out some kinks but it was no big deal. So glad they are open again.

Lots of amenities but most of them did not work or were not available. Sauna not working , phone in room didn’t work , tv did not work . Very limited dinner selection and no breakfast available even though it was advertised . Positive - room was newly refreshed, comfortable and clean

I booked the first re-opening night as we were so excited to see them open again!! We were given a Mountain View king room with a private hot tub without asking!!!!! We had a lovely stay. The spa had limited hours due to lack of staff and the restaurant food was mediocre for first night. I hate to say that, but being honest. I will return to support the business after having spent many warm nights sitting in the hot tub after a big hike or a day of skiing! Many girl days with a soak, a wrap and lunch there! It’s a beautiful place and I encourage you to give them a try!

The room was fairly clean, the best part was the hot tub on the deck. We did not use any of the pools as they were not fully open yet so I’m glad we got the room with the hot tub. I would suggest bringing a coffee cup as the paper cups in the room are very small Also there is a mini fridge however there is not a microwave. The restaurant looks more like a cafeteria or plain diner. The food is very expensive. The TV in the room is a nice size. Overall it was a pleasant experience especially with the mineral water hot tub. But it is a bit overpriced for the quality of service we received.
