8/10 Very good

Great location, easy parking in front of the hotel and nice decor inside
Jamie, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Great value for money. Noisy on a night until about midnight. Check in time changed from 2pm to 4pm and we were not informed until got a reminder email from hotel just before date of going showing updated time. No apology. Had booked to go out for 4.45 but reception really helpful and got us in our rooms early.

Great location and staff made this a good visit.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is modern and clean, rooms are comfy, we only stayed one night but would have been happy to stay more. We were disappointed with the restaurant, the menu nothing like the on line sample. We would stay again, but would book elsewhere to eat.

Lovely hotel and very comfortable
Matthew, 1-night trip

10/10 Exceptional

Beautiful old building which has had good levels of investment into making it a fine hotel. Very well located in the centre of town but with plenty of nearby parking. Well appointed, if small, rooms, attentive and welcoming staff although needed more staff at breakfast as many guests had to wait too long to be seated. Breakfast was excellent though, lots of choice and good quality.

8/10 Very good

Nice room. Bathroom was very clean and good condition. Only small issue was there was only 1 mirror which was in the bathroom that was not very well lit at all so was very difficult to apply make up and contact lenses. However the team on Reception gave us a portable small Make up Mirror with light. Very nice Hotel would definitely stay again
Alan, 2-night trip

Great value for money, nice breakfast, friendly staff, however could do with some updating and car charging not working.
Jacqueline, 2-night trip

Very clean and good stay. Staff made a few mistakes and where unclear but they were very nice and made the stay good and were welcoming.
Jereme, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

I have stayed in several historic town centre hotels and this one is a pleasant surprise. The rooms and decor are clean and modern - well designed and comfortable. What lets this hotel down is the service, particularly at breakfast. Despite one serving staff for every two tables there were empty table uncleared, coffee and some food stations were empty and unrefreshed. Staff didnt show guests to their table and no explanation was given of how the buffet worked or whether ypu could order from the kitchen. I was very unimpressed.

6/10 Good

Clean, spacious, comfortable, noisy, odd plumbing.

The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable enough. The shower was strange in that it didn't drain seem to drain while in it. A strange barrier had also been glued in place to stop it overflowing onto the bathroom floor. To use the wifi you had to agree to some pretty egregious breaches of privacy, so I decided not to use it. Thumping music blared until 11pm from a wedding the hotel was hosting. It would have been nice to have been offered an option to relocate upstairs to a more distant floor.

Room was Clean and tidy , good location lots of parking near by as car park is not that large

Nice hotel

Always stay here needing a nights stay in Kings Lynn. Nice hotel with pubs nearby.
Damon, 1-night trip

4/10 Fair

Ok, wouldn’t stay again

Although the communal areas were in very good condition, the stairwells and rooms are a bit tired. Located next to the lift, the noise of the lift was awful, it sounded as though someone was trying to break into the room every time the lift opened. The hotel has potential but it’s not been reached. Breakfast, which I thought was included turned out to be an additional £30, there’s a Whetherspoons nearby, which would have been much better value for money and better quality. Parking is also an additional charge, so on first look it seems reasonable but by the time I added the additional fee for parking and the costly breakfast, it would have been better to book elsewhere. Location is quite good though.
Darren, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

Cracking value for money and all the staff were so friendly and helpful.
1-night trip

2/10 Poor

Lovely old hotel located in the middle of the historic part of town. Sadly we didn't get a room in the original part of the hotel. However our modern room was very clean and quiet spacious. Hotel parking seemed expensive with few other options.
