全新酒店整潔，裝修，設備都很好，座落位置雖不興旺，但勝在有大型超市，有不少疏落食肆在附近，距離札幌JR站亦只係十分鐘路程，近的景點有Sapporo Beer Museum, Sapporo Factory Mall, 二条巿場等，租車亦可到酒店對面的Nippon Rent a car, 非常方便
