Recently renovated hotel was spotlessly clean with a warm welcome from the staff when we pulled up during a snow storm. Cheap renovation with builders grade furnishings but delightful ambiance regardless. Would return.

Must stay at heritage

The staff was very pleasant and down to earth like staying with family .the hotels going through renovations in some areas, but is very well taken care of. The rooms have been updated. The carpet has good padding. They even have cookies laid out for the customers and breakfast in the morning. I will definitely use this place again when traveling to Quincy.

Great staff and the rooms are newly remodeled and comfortable. Not the entire hotel is completely refurbished, but all areas that would be occupied are complete. They are probably doing work as funds allow. Riverside BBQ restaurant is close (within walking distance) and has great food.

CHRISTY was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. I needed some place to get some rest after my mother’s surgery. She took the absolute best care of me and made me feel right at home. Plus the room was clean, fully stocked. It was a breath of fresh air. Definitely would stay here again!

Loved our stay! Everything is brand new. Our room was very clean, bed and pillow was very comfortable. We slept like a baby. Customer service was great. The lady at the front desk grab the cart and helped us take all of our things up to our room. When it was time to check out, she even helped us get all of our stuff to our car. If we are ever in the area, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend.!

I am a very picky person when it comes to hotel stays. This hotel was wonderful. The rooms were impeccable and brand new! Very clean! Although short staffed, I was treated very well and the staff was amazing. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable. 5 stars all day!!!! Highly recommend if you are in the area! Oh and the price….you can’t beat it!!

I was greeted by a very friendly staff. They were excited to be there and ensured that I had the best stay. I was there on business working third shift at a local hospital. They went above and beyond to make sure I had window coverings to accommodate my daytime sleeping. They are currently renovating this hotel and the rooms are beautiful. Everything is clean, fresh and inviting. They definitely made my experience delightful. I am looking forward to my next stay.

SKETCHY....AT BEST

Property is still under renovation....and a cheap reno at that...Key card didnt work for side door entrance or room #118...i could push the side entrance door open without a keycard....i was given 2 bottles of water at check in....room was newly renovated cheaply....gaps in the shower panels...some kind of dish sink adjacent to rest room...the hotel is sketchy

The front doors were locked with a sign to call to be let in. I waited for several minutes to enter the hotel. It was suggested several times that i park on the back side of the building. When i searched the crime map of the area i realized there were reasons for the locked front doors and the back side parking. I left and went to a different hotel.

Try it out ..

I was looking for a great priced little spot for a stay while I was in town on business and gave this place a shot. It was perfect for my stay across from the Oakley Lindsey center with LOTS of parking. You need a key to go in and out but when you arrive obviously you don’t have one yet, so found myself waiting outside for a call back from the “missing” front desk folks. Two calls and I was able to get in .. then the owner/manager called from out of state to be sure I had gotten in alright. INTERESTING! Important to note is that you need to be able to go up 7 stairs with your luggage to reach the first floor of rooms. The building Is situated on a bluff so floors are “different”. And while there is a service elevator, it doesn’t stop at the first floor. So you have to be able to carry your luggage up stairs and tel to the room. It’s newly remolded so the rooms are new .. very roomy very comfortable. And my favorite is that it had LOTS of light in the room .. I hate dim rooms so this was excellent!!! Rooms are not tidied daily .. and personally I like that a lot. Water pressure was good in the shower. Breakfast was normal hotel fair but they had a real working toaster .. yay!! The staff was friendly and helpful. All in all while off to a rocky start standing in the entranceway, I’d say this is a solid 4.5 stars with a great price.
