We enjoyed our stay at the Chermside Apartments. The only downside was that we could not use the pool as it was under construction. But otherwise, all good. I will definitely book this place for my next trip to Brisbane.

The whole experience was terrible- - customer service was poor - swimming pool closed (not notified before hand) - checked us in to the wrong room - mould in shower, dirty rooms - Main issue, safe in bedroom was making a loud clicking sound, they couldnt offer any rooms or to fix the safe - Cancelled the room and took forever to finalise refund Would not recommend at all!!!

It was terrible. The pictures online are not what you are going to get. There was still rubbish in the bins, old toothpaste in the sink, both doors to the balcony would not lock, all the walls were very badly marked and it just very very dirty. The outside of the building is all mouldy and there were rates around reception.

I've stayed here a few times, as it's close to my mother's home. Convenient to Westfield. This time I stayed in a King: loved it, level 7, quiet and felt safe. Shower took full 10 minutes to warm up, so there's not great hot water system. Not great halving a cold shower when rooms are pricey.
