The only place to stay in Victoria! Exceptional!

We have stayed here before and each time it was great! Breakfast excellent and fruits were fresh. Everyone friendly both staff and guests. Room was spotless clean. View of ocean was spectacular. Food service staff were spectacular. Love the safety as no-one can enter except for short period of time and no guests overnight. We had so much fun with the dining staff. I Love this hotel!

The Ocean view is priceless and the rooftop pool is a must! The only exception is that the pool bar is always closed and the guests are not allowed to bring drinks or snacks to the pool area.

It was pretty much basic. What you needed was there and the staff were very polite and very friendly. Not aim many could speak English, just like Brazil in general. I would have given them one more star, it it wasn’t for the breakfast. It was below basic and average. It was not good.

Muito boa . O apartamento é limpo Os funcionários simpáticos. Elevadores funcionam bem , são 2 elevadores.Não tivemos problemas quanto a lotação do salão do café da manhã. O café da manhã é bom .Estávamos em 3 adultos, para o terceiro hóspede , tem opção de colocarem uma cama extra ou usar o sofá da sala que é um sofá cama. Ficamos em um apartamento de frente para o mar . A vista é bonita. Na cobertura há piscina, sauna , brinquedoteca para crianças. Supermercados entorno . Quiosques em frente.

Prezados, Eu e minha esposa nos hospedamos no Quality Hotel entre os dias 19 e 21 de abril de 2025. Infelizmente, nossa experiência foi extremamente decepcionante, especialmente considerando o valor elevado das diárias (R$ 800,00), compatível com resorts de alto padrão, mas com serviços e estrutura muito abaixo do aceitável. Segue abaixo os principais problemas enfrentados: 1. **Infiltração no Quarto:** - Havia infiltração visível na parede do quarto, o que demonstra falta de manutenção e compromete o conforto e a higiene do ambiente. 2. **Internet Inoperante:** - A conexão Wi-Fi simplesmente não funcionou em nenhum momento, mesmo após reclamações na recepção. Isso é inaceitável em um serviço essencial nos dias de hoje. 3. **Televisão com Problemas:** - Os canais da TV não sintonizavam corretamente, ficando constantemente travando ou sem sinal. 4. **Café da Manhã de Baixíssima Qualidade:** - O café oferecido era de péssima qualidade, com pouquíssimas opções salgadas (apenas 15%) e excesso de doces (85%), além de produtos industrializados e sem variedade, sem falar do espaço que não comporta os hospedes. 5. **Elevadores Insuficientes:** - Com o hotel lotado, apenas dois elevadores estavam disponíveis, causando esperas absurdas e desconforto, principalmente em horários de pico. Diante de tudo isso, lamentamos profundamente a escolha pelo Quality Hotel. Pagamos por um serviço premium e recebemos algo abaixo até de hotéis econômicos.
