La propiedad no está mal un poco el servicio muy deficiente regular de limpieza, lo que no nos gustó, fue que tuvieran a los animales. En cautiverio, tienen unos venados que creemos no ni siquiera son adecuados del área, no está mal, está espectáculo, o sea llegas y ves espectacular, el Hotel, pero si tiene algunas cosas que creo, podrían mejorar este a que capaciten a su personal en ser un poco más atentos en estar pendiente la alberca si nos dimos cuenta que nunca la limpiaron

Todo muy bien salvo que no hay agua caliente en la regadera y el agua tenía mal olor y consistencia extraña, el agua de la alberca todo el tiempo estuvo sucia. Las habitaciones e instalaciones en general está muy bonitas y es un concepto diferente.

El servicio es muy bueno las instalaciones estan muy bien, la comida es rica. MEJORAS: No puedes descansar en la noche por que se escucha todo, el colchon no es muy comodo pero sobre todo llega un punto en el que es momesto el ruido de las habitaciones ya que no estan bien planeadas las habitaciones se puede hacer algo acustico y sustentable
