Great hotel is good location. Front desk staff kept promising that our room wold be ready "in 15 minutes". That lasted for many hours and we finally checked in well after the advertised 3pm commitment.

This hotel is in one of the best locations in Geneva. It is next to the old city and all the shopping. You can just walk right out your door and be in the middle of it all. The property is perfectly located and is situated on a comfortable open square that make you feel safe and gives an upscale appearance for the hotel. It is 1 block away from the Geneva lake bridge and in the middle of the high end shopping and dining district. The hotel definitely feels and looks like a 4 or 5 star accommodation. Boutique Historic Hotel in the Heart of Old Town

We walked from the train station to the hotel. It was about a 15 minute walk through the city, across the bridge and right by the famous flower clock before arriving at the hotel. The hotel is located on a quaint square. Check in was easy. The lobby was eclectic and sophisticated. Like many European hotels, the elevators are small and only fit 2 people with luggage. The rooms are not huge, but nicely furnished and comfortable. I am pretty sure the floors in the bathroom were heated, which was an awesome perk. The location is super central to the highlights in Geneva and the old town. Would defiantly stay here again.
