Staff and management are great, friendly , and make you feel welcome and parking lot is well lit so it is a bit comforting that you can see everything.

I was looking to stay in Katy but wanted to avoid the Katy Mills mall area. I found The Platinum hotel which had just opened. It was like walking into a new home. It was super clean and comfortable. The prices was excellent as well. Highly recommend this place.
