The Crown Promenade hotel was a fabulous place to stay. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The overall Crown complex is very impressive and drinks in the Lobby at the Metropol was a great experience. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was ideal with a great shower. All in all a great choice.

Dated interior No amenities provided such as dental kit, bottle water. a five star with zero star service. Stay at the quest cheaper and get way more than the crown.

Stayed for 2 nights for my husband’s 50th birthday. It was fine but I put a note on the booking about this special occasion and requested late check out but staff knew nothing about it??

There was a mix up with the online booking, I booked a twin double, and the hotel system said we had booked a King, even though they were fully booked, they made sure we got the room we booked

It’s old. Our windows looked at a concrete wall. Was on the ground floor so easy access but it’s seen better days considering price. Location at Casino good

The check in was easy and the staff were friendly. The room was nicely presented however we soon learnt that the walls were pretty thin and we could hear everything going on in the next room. There were people screaming & yelling and making large banging noises, this went on for over an hour before I called reception to ask for them to be quiet, in the morning it started again! To top it all off the pillows were as hard as rocks to sleep on so all in all we wouldn't stay at the Crown Promenade again.

Friendly and simple check-in, went to a restaurant in the casino for something to eat (Mothers Day, so all bookable restaurants in the complex were full), show at Crown Theatre in the evening, good breakfast the following morning, easy check-out.
