Fantastic stay!

This place is honestly fabulous. The location is so scenic and beautiful and we loved everything about the hotel - the comfy beds, nice breakfast, really friendly staff, and my kids favourite...the swim spa and hot tub! The Fin Folk restaurant was also great (so much lobster in the lobster roll!) We would love to return in the summer sometime to be able to enjoy the beach.

Luxury Meets Genuine Islander Hospitality

From the moment we open the door to our room, we knew we had to book another night. The location and scenery were awesome. The front desk staff was welcoming, informative and professional. The room and views were stunning, luxurious, comfortable and we appreciated the extra touches - robes, slippers, real glassware, mugs, and more. Everyone we met (staff and construction workers on site) were friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Sharon in the breakfast room. She made us feel as if we were being welcomed into her home and she was a great ambassador for the resort and PEI. Would definitely stay again!

Building is stunning. Rooms are well laid out with great furnishings and amazing views with floor to ceiling windows. The beach and sand dunes were breathtaking. Loved that we were able to bring our dog and the staff were so welcoming. We will be back!

Beautiful new property with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The common areas were lovely and welcoming. The only downside to this place was how much noise from the hallway and the opening and closing of the fire door at the end of the hall came through to the room. The echo of voices from the hall and doors opening and closing is pretty significant.

Week in PEI

Hotel was new. Room was clean. Breakfast was croissant and muffin with fruit each day. Bed was very firm, pillows were very large. Had to change rooms and ask for different size pillows. The staff was very accommodating.

Staff were friendly upon check in. We ensured to book a room with ocean view as that was important. Such a beautiful room! It was cozy and relaxing. The open window space was beautiful and serene. The heated bathroom floors, tub and shower were impeccable. Extremely beautiful. My only recommendation would be to also have black out blinds on the balcony door as well is it’s a giant window, so the light from the door faces directly to the bed in the room I had, which may not be an issue in other rooms. But overall amazing!

Nous avons loué une villa offrant 2 chambres à coucher. Ces villas ont une vue sur les dunes spectaculaire mais ne sont pas des bords de mer comme il y a un chemin entre les villas et l'ocean menant à des restaurants populaires. Les villas sont neuve, la litterie de qualité et confortable sauf la dimension des oreillers qui sont tous extra ferme et volumineuse. Il y a des jetés en laine fabriqués sur l'Ile et des produits d'hygiène vraiment très bien. Nous aurions aimé qu'ils soient en vente sur place à l'hôtel comme dans la majorité des resorts de luxe. L'équipement des villas est absolument très au dessus de la moyenne mais il n'en est pas question dans leurs présentation ce qui est surprenant. Tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin est présent et plus encore. Il y a un lave vaiselle, laveuse, sécheuse, cuisinière, micro onde, four et tout les articles nous permetant de les utiliser. Il y a une galerie avec chaise Adirondac. La galerie est dangeureuse pour les jeunes enfants si vous avez une unité au second étage. Exigé un rez de chaussez. Les équipements relatifs au Spa ne sont pas de grande qualité. IL es peut-être préférable de louer ailleurs si c'est la raison des vacances. IL est possible d'accéder aux dunes et à la mer et de faire une grande ballade avec pitous en se rendant au bord de la mer en traversant les dunes. Autre point que nous n'avons pas aimé se sont les lumières extérieurs ouverte la nuit empechant de profiter de la noirceur salvatrice.
