Clubhouse Hotel and Suites is an excellent place to stay. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great, most of the items changed each day. It’s near to many attractions and an easy drive to even Devil’s Tower.

Very pleasant place to stay

The staff is very eager to please, however, they were experiencing the effects of being a new hotel. The kitchen staff was good, and breakfast was great. It was disappointing to have to wait 20 minutes for the coffee cannisters to be replaced, but I think they were operating with too few folks in the kitchen. Overall a very njce stay. Its also very conveniently located.

The Club House was a great hotel! Very nice & clean & with super customer service & amenities. However, a few of the “little comforts” were missing. For some reason we were given a “handicap” room (not handicapped at all) I think but there was no counter space to put anything, no folding luggage rack-just nowhere to put anything! Otherwise nice place-great breakfast!

I cannot say enough good about this hotel. It is very competitive pricing for the area during this time the check-in staff was amazing and Carlos did a great job of interacting with our kids and making them feel welcome. The location is great, but the new restaurant salt block not far away. The rooms were perfectly clean and quiet. The pool area is clean and stocked with fresh towels. The staff did a great job with breakfast and it was wonderful to see them sourcing local coffee from dark Canyon coffee! Very much a class act!! you guys are top shelf

Simply Wonderful

We went on a family vacation with our daughter, our son-in-law and two grandchildren who are 11 and nine. We stayed for six nights so we were there long enough to eat many breakfasts, see many employees and experience our rooms. We LOVED the hotel and we LOVED its people. Everyone was so gracious, friendly, and genuinely interested in their guests. The rooms were wonderful. Because of the length of our stay, we stayed in junior suites with balconies. They were super. Breakfasts were superb. The menus changed daily while there remained some staples as well. Late afternoon was a reception with drinks and some snacks. The staff at the reception were so friendly, outgoing and actually interested in us. The personnel in the breakfast area were to a person so very, very nice! I’m a midwesterner as us the rest of my family. We don’t bestow platitudes casually so when I speak so highly about a hotel and its staff, it comes from the heart!

This is a new hotel, so it needs a couple tweaks yet, but we’d come back. The standard rooms are very spacious with an ample seating area with a love seat and a stuffed chair. They just need to add some lamps in that area, as the overhead lights are a cold white and not dimmable. I hope both of those can be addressed. Unfortunately what cannot be addressed very well is the very noisy hvac. Maybe they can.
