Newly remodeled location. Very basic but priced right. Easy check in, plenty of parking. Clean. Just be aware that you're getting a room and that's about it. Nice addition to the Kokomo area to add more competitive rooms to the area.

Not worth the money saved

This hotel was freshly updated and priced nicely, but our stay was not at all satisfactory. The beds were not comfortable and the bathroom had not been properly cleaned. The worst things were that the shower only had pressure when it was set to scalding hot and there was a high pitched noise in our room in the morning. We thought someone was vacuuming in the hallway in front of our door, but after looking around and seeing not cleaning being done we believe it was the hot water pipes squeeling in between the floors. It went on for well over an hour. We would not stay here again even though I appreciated saving some money.

The staff was very friendly In accommodating. The hotel is getting started with a remodel and you can tell they are putting the money and time into it If there was anything bad about it, I would say the only thing would be that we couldn’t deadbolt our door and it was only one lock to get in and out I would’ve liked to have had another lock be able to lock my front door with? I also like being right next-door to the Olive Garden Overall, pretty good stay

Clean and Friendly

The rooms are clean and the amenities are appreciated. Used the washer and dryer for a quick clean of some clothes before heading home. Only downfall is we got in pretty late and the soda/water machine would not take dollar bills, thought I would have to leave and run to a gas station near by but the attendant did give some quarters for a few dollars, thank you for that. All in all a decent stay

The room was nice and large, but I did find some hair on the sheets and pillow. Which is why I travel with my own sleeping bag or blankets. There is no elevator on site and there are no rooms available on the first floor. The walls are paper thin, and the mattress is like sleeping on plywood. If you are looking at reasonable priced hotel for travel for business. Its great location close to restaurants and shopping.

I usually come to town to work and this place was just open and I thought well I’m going to try it and I was very surprised. Cheapest price in town!!! Very clean. Large rooms. Walking distance to restaurants. Easy access. Really felt like home. I will definitely come back.

Lack of aminities and not properly renovated.

No ammeneties: no coffee no breakfast, etc. Was stated recently renovated. Shower wall was cracked. Main room door is missing latch plate allowing anyone ability to gain access with a simple butter knife. Tv says cable. It is analog.( free over the air) with some static and no sound. One small hole in wall. But i will say. It was CLEAN.
