Close walking to many historical areas. Safe friendly staff, great amount asian restaurants around it elevator is from floor 1 and up so there are some stairs involved otherwise i would stay here again!

Hotel Opera de Maintenon was good for the price. It was about a half hour to hour walk from the main sites but was easily walkable. With a heavy suitcase, must be able to carry it up 18 stairs to get to first floor or the lift.

Beds were very comfortable. The room could have been cleaner, but overall we were happy there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Central location and close metro access was perfect for a busy trip. It was a little challenging to lug our bags up (the lift is up one flight of stairs) but this was not a problem.

I arrived early, and the staff were kind enough to store my luggage until check-in time, which I really appreciated. The room allocated to me was lovely and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, there was constant construction work outside the window from the neighbouring building, which made it difficult to stay. As a result, I used the room mainly to store my luggage and spent the night elsewhere. I returned the next morning to freshen up and organise my things. Despite the circumstances, I was impressed with the room and the helpful staff, and I would be happy to return in the future once the construction work is complete.

The Hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Metro and must do sights such at The Louvre. Our room was a very nice 3 person room. The beds were comfortable and for a European hotel quite a spacious room and renovated bathroom. The front desk staff were very welcoming and were happy to answer any questions we had. The only drawback would be the stairs if you had any mobility issues and a very tiny lift.

Not posh but clean and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable and we took advantage of their breakfast which was reasonable and tasty. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and spoke either fluent English or enough to help us. The location was perfect. We walked to the Louvre and to Notre Dame and bused for everywhere else.

Great little hotel, fantastic location

This hotel was perfect for our two night stay. Conveniently located within 30 minutes walking distance of all the major sites and with a wealth of restaurants and cafes close by. The staff were friendly and welcoming and our triple room was large and comfortable. We took breakfast at the hotel each day for €10 each and found the cereals, bread, croissants, yogurt and cheeses plenty - along with coffee and orange juice. The lift only starts on the first floor, which was a bit of a struggle for me but fortunately my 16 year old son was happy to help. Would definitely stay here again.
