My first trip to Florence, well Italy in general. As any traveler from another country I skeptical at first as I wanted to make sure I payed for what I got. I definitely got what I was looking for and much more! Not sure the man’s name working the reception when I got there but he gave us unbelievable recommendations from food, site seeing and bars.

The front desk staff was very helpful after check-in, providing us with a city map and recommendations for places to visit. The only issue was that when we wanted to take a shower around 9pm, the water was quite cold. Overall, it was a comfortable and centrally located stay.

They should clean the rooms more. My room was cleaned only once in 3 days. There is no elevator for the first floor and no one to help in the luggage. The good thing is that the location is 15 mins away from the train station and near to the city center.
