Small hotel in the historic building in the old part of the city. Close to main attractions, few minutes walk from lots of restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful staff, good service. Internet access in the room wasn’t stable. I would stay here again.

Excellent building and rooms, especially bathroom, very spacious and modern in a 500 year old building restored. Staff very helpful to us as English speakers. Location, Location so close to main attractions. Safe place. Courtyard great for breakfast and lots of tea/coffee. Owner sophisticated. Helped us rent a car and get to rental spot.

Konak Otel konsepti için ideal bir yer. Ancak yeni bir işletme olduğu için eksikleri de var. İşletme sahibi Azad Bey de bu konuda gerekli eksikliklerin farkında olduklarını en kısa zamanda giderileceğini ifade ediyor. Otel Çalışanı Özcan Bey misafirlere çok ilgili. Aracımızı park ettiğimiz yerden otele kadar valizlerimizi taşımamıza yardımcı oldu. Temizlik açısından bi sorun yaşamadık. Dediğim gibi eksik bı şey olduğunda hemen yardımcı oluyorlar. Standart bı kahvaltı var. Bizim için yeterliydi. Otelin zamanla Eksikleri giderdiğinde çok daha iyi olacağı düşünüyorum.

Otel çok temizdi . Güleryüzle karşıladılar. Çok yardımsever ve misafirperverlerdi . Ailece konakladık .Bizim kaldığımız dönem uzak doğudan da gelen misafirler mevcuttu . Odada terlik &bitki çay,soğuk su ,buzdolabı vs mevcuttu. İhtiyacınızı yeterince karşıladı.Sıra gecesi mekanlarına yürüyerek gidildi .

Nispetle sakin, sıra geceleri müzik kaosundan biraz uzak bir otel. Yeni, temiz ve uyku anlamında rahat. Çok profesyonel ya da üst düzey hizmet bekleyenlere uygun değil. Genel olarak Urfa'da böyle. Kahvaltı tabağı veriliyor, açık büfe beklentiniz varsa ya da her şeyi yemiyorsanız dışarıda kahvaltı edin derim. Kahvaltıda verilenlerden ekstra istediğinizde getiriyorlar sağolsunlar ama sevmediğiniz/yemediğiniz bir şey varsa tabağınızda alternatifiniz yok. Çay ve su daima ikram. Personeli güleryüzlü, yardımcı. Kedi dostu. Fiyat performans oteli. Tekrar tercih edilec-bilecek bir otel.

Urfa havasini yansitan güzel bir oteldi. Fiyat performans olarak gayet başariliydi. Sahibi cok ilgiliydi her konuda yardimci olmaya calisti. Otelin yakinina araba girmedigi icin otel sahibiyle iletisime gectik bizi bi otoparka yönlendirdi gelip valizlerimizi aldilar ayrilirken de otoparka geri getirdiler. Kahvaltisi klasikti. Odalar temizdi.Memnun kaldik.

Un bon hôtel dans l’ensemble, surtout pour sa catégorie. Le cadre est agréable et l’emplacement central est un véritable atout. Cela dit, quelques petits détails manquent de précision, ce que j’ai trouvé un peu dommage. Avec tous mes encouragements à l’équipe.
