This property was impeccably clean and very well maintained. They were so meticulous with providing 2 each of dining utensils and plates/cups/bowls. The 24 hour service desk was very nice because our flight arrived at 1am. There is a gym and laundry service that you can use through the appWash app.

Very satisfied from the money I stepped into the reception, beautiful and clean environment. Amazing and supportive staffs. Its more than a hotel with everything you need in your room. 4 minutes walk to Metro station direct to city centre. Foods, groceries store and bar around. I feel very comfortable all my stay. I was looking for an apartment for a week's stay. Bext Vallecas by Habyt turned out to be the perfect choice. The apartment is equipped with completely new equipment and a comfortable bed. The temperature of the room and the bathroom can be adjusted individually. Its distance from the metro is approx. 900 meters.

Very clean and modern rooms. Nice open plan reception area with plenty of seating and even a pool table. Only reason my review is 4/5 and not 5 stars is a cleaner woke me up, knocking on the door, 1 day too early, thinking I was checking out that day. I actually was checking out the day after. This was a genuine mistake and after a bit of back and forth (language barrier) she eventually understand.

Good location (10 min to metro), great front desk staff, comfortable neighborhood. Kitchenette was missing some basic utensils - coffee maker, kettle. No coat hooks, no table to sit and eat (you expect a table with a kitchenette). We stayed 4 nights and given the minor inconveniences we would stay again.
