The receptionist are super nice and helpful. Hotel and rooms are completely new! Great bathroom clean and new very modern. Bonus good hair dryer! The breakfast looked nice! Only thing it was super noisy at night. Not sure what the people in the room above us were doing! The receptionist clock out at 11pm so ultimately can’t contact regarding issues at night.

Renovation work is still on going in Nov 2024. can hear clearly people talking in your next room even if they do not speak loud. During full house season, shower water may run out. But very nice and helpful staff. Room is nicely cleaned every day.

Centralt boende med väldigt trevlig personal. Gav tips på vad man kan besöka utöver sevärdheterna och erbjöd gratis upplevelser. Rummet var väldig rent och städas varje dag. Kommer boka hotellet igen när vi är i Rom!
