The cleanist hotel in the area. The breakfast was wonderful. I do wish it started a little earlier, only because we had to be somewhere and only had a few minutes to eat. They do offer a grab and go option.. brilliant idea! The bathrooms and showers all clean and glass shower doors( no shower curtain) that was a huge plus. Checked in late at night, front desk clerk was very nice.Would highly recommend.

Comfort without worries

I was thoroughly impressed on first sight and I was not disappointed in any way upon entering the facility. I could tell this is a fairly new establishment and I can only hope that it’s look, cleanliness and service do not diminish over time. I plan to visit again and will definitely recommend to others!!!

The front desk staff was super nice and helpful. My biggest issues was my keys deactivating for no reason, house keeping cleaning our room. She cleaned the room but didn't leave us any towels, didn't sweep the bathroom floor or and extra toilet tissue. I got in very late and had to go back downstairs 3 times for these issues

Tiffany at the hotel was willing to work with me to fix a problem I made at the time of booking. She was polite and friendly, southern hospitality. The gentleman that checked us in was similarly polite and friendly. The breakfast area was well-stocked and clean. Coffee was available before the posted opening time. The nice lady in charge of the breakfast came to our table to say hello and make sure we found everything we desired. The property is nearly new and in good condition, but the staff members are the true shining star here.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Greensboro, GA, and overall, the experience was lackluster. While the front desk staff was courteous and check-in was easy, several issues during our visit left us disappointed. The pool was closed due to environmental concerns—a chemical imbalance, according to the signage. We had specifically chosen this hotel for the pool, so this was a frustrating surprise, especially with no advance notice provided. Our room was in need of some serious maintenance. In multiple spots, sections of the subfloor were actually showing through, which gave the room an unfinished and poorly maintained appearance. It certainly didn’t reflect the standards we expect from this hotel brand. Breakfast also missed the mark. The pancake machine was out of order, which may seem minor, but it’s one of the signature items that usually makes the breakfast stand out. With that gone, the offerings felt pretty limited. To top it off, the water was shut off during part of our stay while staff tried to locate and repair a leak. With no running water for a stretch of the afternoon, it was an inconvenience we hadn’t planned for—and again, there was minimal communication about what was happening. This wasn’t the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had, but it definitely didn’t live up to the expectations set by the Holiday Inn Express brand. Hopefully, management will address these issues soon. Until then, we’d suggest exploring other lodging options in the area.

Tv was no signal. Bathroom door extremely hard to open and close. The door was dragging the floor. Coffee machine was Luke warm. For a new hotel I would not stay there again. Breakfast was great. 👍
