Perfect location.

The Cocketts is a lovely hotel with lovely quirks, which we expected. If you’re expecting smooth finishes and levels floors, choose a different hotel or place even! We had a spontaneous last minute meet up with friends. The Cocketts were fabulously accommodating. Our room was lovely, bed was comfortable, shower was hot, breakfast was made to order and delicious, we have no complaints. Super convenient and we will definitely return and recommend.

Couldnt fault the hospitality and breakfast but the room was not the cleanest, with behind tv and inside drawers, incredibly dusty, dirty. Also damp was evident near door. Facilities definately needs upgrading in the rooms. Hosts were very attentive .

Nice stay

Room was cold on arrival, but soon warmed up with the electric radiator we plugged in. Staff were attentive, and breakfast was good. Nice choice of cereal/toast followed by a freshly ordered full English breakfast. Great location, comfy bed and bedding, would certainly return in the future! Great value for money.

We loved the hotel and where it was so handy for shops and places to eat. The bed was comfy and loved the room. The staff were nice. The room just needed a curtain that would stay up and the carpets just needed a clean. Cant wait to come back.

Hi we enjoyed our stay at The Cocketts Hotel in Hawes, 28th Feb 2025. The bedroom was clean and very comfortable. Cooked breakfast was good, my only advice would be to give an option on egg cooking method. The current managers are working hard to improve the hotel and we wish them success with this. The hotel is ideally located in the centre of Hawes.

Friendly reception, warm clean room very comfy bed. Could of done with a shelf in bathroom for toiletries. You cannot get a meal here at night as advertised nor was the contact number for hotel correct. But good location parking across the street overall very good.
