Location, service and placement.

Fantastic stay with 3 kids ages 4,6 and 7 for 3 days. Hotel is located very close to the center of Copenhagen and many fantastic places worth seeing are within walking distance. Tivoli is also very close and definently worth a visit. Restaurants at the hotel offer super customer service and are fair priced when the high quality of food is taken into consideration.

Exceptional customer service! Slight issue with original room. Staff memeber ("Calin"?) promptly remedied the situation and provided us with executive perks. The breakfast was also outstanding! Overall better experieince than the Island hotel where we also stayed (which was ok).

Very nice

Nice room, good standard and very clean. Good ventilation and excellent view over town from window, at 10th floor. We tried the pool in the basement but felt it was too many people there, and therefore it was hard to swim and no relax, for us. Everything else was 10 of 10, including the staff.

Silver wedding anniversary

Apparently we were upgraded. So instead of a double bed that I booked we were given a twin room with beds pushed together. The room was small even though we were told it was bigger than the room booked. This I didn’t believe but as it included access to the 12th floor lounge we decided not to query it and go with the flow instead. A bottle of Cava was given to us on arrival too which was nice as it was our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay.

Hotel needs to careful about cleanliness.

Our stay this time was far from amazing. We stayed for 4 nights and inspite of reminders our room was not serviced and cleaned even once. They just replaced our towels once late evening as we had put them on the floor expecting room cleaning. Even next day no services. Our room was at the end of the corridor far from the elevator though we had booked reasonably in advance. Felt pretty let down.

Great hotel within walking distance to City Center

Great hotel conveniently located within easy walk from Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. Also within distance are metro station, S station and a shopping mall. The hotel feels new and comfortable. Rooms are elegant if a little small but they provide everything we need. Pool was nice with sauna and they close late (10pm) which is great to take a splash with the family after a day of sightseeing. Also, they have a rooftop restaurant with great views. Breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety and delicious fresh options. Please note that entrance to the theme park cost extra. Also, booking two rooms next to each other (they offer this option) doesn’t mean they’re connected. That’s extra. The only complaint is that right after checking in and getting to our room a male housekeeper showed up checking to see if we were stocked on coffee and cups.. we said yes, and yet he insisted to come in to the room and check for himself. That was weird. I had to stop him from getting into the room without permission. Other than that the whole experience was great! I recommend this hotel 100%
