Family owned by very helpful caring owner... Right in the heart of town, near everything! You have pretty much everything needed for a good value of the price. (If they had access to a pool - it would've been that much better since the near by beach right outside was full of seaweed, so u can't really go in, but there's enough to do around without it too.)

This owner needs to teach other people how to service customers. He was EXCELLENT as soon as i booked he texted me introducing himself and how to gain access to the property. Check in was very simple. Location is PERFECT for walking around to explore. I would definitely stay here again. I have no complaints other than I shouldve stayed here the entire time I was in San Pedro.

We were greeted by the owner Chefy who was a joy to talk to and we were treated very nice. Very nice clean room on the second floor. Enjoyed our stay in San Pedro, the hotel is in a convenient location in the town and within walking distance to many stores, bars and restaurants. Will be staying at La Casa de Paz the next time we are in town.

This will be just another repeat of all the great reviews for this place. I have zero complaints. The location is great. The suggestions from Chefy were terrific and the room was just what we needed. AC worked wonders. Nice hit water and Netflix for the day we were stuck in due to rain. I would recommend this location to anywho and and cannot wait to return.

staff was so friendly. steps from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. sprinter water taxi dock is nearby. since it was close to the beach, always seemed like someone cleaning the common areas, stairwell, etc to clean up after the tracked sand. room was clean. included body wash and shampoo. stayed for 7 days and will most likely stay here again if it’s available the next time i come back to san pedro.
