Property was located at a central location in Angra next to the garden (which provides the best city views if you walk to the top). Exterior and lobby look very nice but the rooms and hallways were a bit outdated. I had a single room on the second floor facing the street. It was surprisingly quiet. The bedroom was modern with a comfortable bed but the bathroom looked old (but clean and functional). The hallways were dark and the carpets looked dirty. Breakfast was delicious with many options and local ingredients - I appreciated how things were labelled. Customer service was stellar and they arranged me a taxi for an early morning flight on a Sunday.

This hotel is in an excellent location. Close to shopping, the ocean and many restaurants. It has a beautiful view of the city and ocean from the top floor terrace along with being next to the beautiful garden - Jardim Duque Da Terceira.
